COMPLIANCE IN 2026
What changed, and what it means for you.
De minimis is gone.
The $800 duty-free threshold has been eliminated. Every shipment from China now goes through formal entry and duty payment.
Read the official noticeYour IOR must be verifiable.
CBP now requires every import declaration to be tied to a real, verifiable Importer of Record.
Read the official noticeEnforcement is tightening.
Executive Order 14411 (June 2026) raises the bar for importers and increases scrutiny of foreign Importers of Record.
Read the official noticeIf a quote from China looks too cheap, someone is understating the declared value — and CBP collects from the US party, not the factory.
ABOUT
Who's on the other end of this.

We started this company to close the gap between “we shipped it” and “we can prove exactly what happened to it.” Most freight forwarders hand you a tracking number; we hand you the inspection photos, the export declaration, the bill of lading, and the entry summary, all tied to the same shipment number.
Our team is based in China, on the ground at the ports we work — which means we’re not relaying information through a third party, we’re the ones who inspected the goods and filed the export paperwork. That proximity is what lets us catch a mislabeled HS code or a packaging problem before it becomes your problem at the US border.
Our core team of 48 people covers the full chain — inspection, compliance, ocean operations, and customs clearance — averaging over 8 years of experience each moving goods out of China.

FAQ
Questions we get before the first shipment.
Who is the Importer of Record on my shipment?
You are. We handle the filings and the paperwork, but the Importer of Record on every entry is your company — that's what keeps the declared numbers accountable to you, not to us.
Do you offer DDP?
We can arrange DAP or DDP delivery, but the declared value and duty calculation stay identical to what we'd file under DAP. We don't run a lower-declared-value DDP program — if a DDP price looks too good, that's usually why.
What does factory inspection actually cover?
Quantity count, workmanship and defect checks against your specification, packaging and labeling review, and a dated photo set. You get the same report format every time, so you can compare shipments.
What happens if CBP holds my container?
Our US customs broker responds directly to the hold, supplies any additional documentation CBP requests, and keeps you updated daily until release. You see the same entry summary and correspondence we do.
FCL or LCL — which do I need?
As a rough guide, FCL usually makes sense above roughly 12–14 CBM; below that, LCL is typically cheaper once you account for the per-CBM rate. Tell us your volume and we'll run both numbers.
How do you quote? What's included and what isn't?
Every quote itemizes freight, origin and destination charges, ISF, entry, and any accessorials separately — no bundled 'all-in' number that hides a markup. Duties and taxes are billed at cost, passed through from CBP.
Which ports do you cover?
Our core origin ports are Yantian, Shekou, Ningbo, and Shanghai, into Los Angeles-Long Beach, New York-New Jersey, Houston, and Savannah. Other lanes are possible — ask us.
How fast do you reply?
We reply within 2 business hours to every quote request.
