We collect the information you submit through our quote form — company name, work email, shipment details, and destination ZIP — solely to respond to your request and, if you engage us, to provide freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the parties necessary to move your shipment: our China export broker, ocean carriers, our US customs broker partner, and final-mile trucking partners — and only the data each party needs to do its part of the job.

We retain quote and shipment records for as long as required by customs and tax record-keeping regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.

This site uses no third-party advertising trackers. Any analytics we run are limited to aggregate, non-identifying traffic counts.
